Every Univerz kit (PSM Distinction Kit, FMT Distinction Kit, and the 3rd Year Bundle) is covered by the Distinction Guarantee. To be clear about what this guarantee covers: we guarantee that you will pass your university exam if you study the kit seriously. We do not guarantee a distinction-level score, a distinction is an achievable outcome the kit is built for, especially for students short on preparation time, but it depends on individual effort and is not the condition the refund is tied to.
If these conditions are met, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, no further questions asked. Scoring below distinction level but still passing does not qualify for a refund, the guarantee covers failing the exam, not falling short of a distinction.

Please double-check your email address at checkout, an incorrect email is the most common cause of delivery delays.
We collect only what's needed to process your order and deliver your kit: your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, we do not see or store your card, UPI, or banking details at any point.
If you'd like your data removed from our records after delivery is complete, email us and we'll process the request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any tax and accounting records we're legally required to retain.

The "75%+" and similar score figures mentioned on this site describe an achievable outcome based on the structure and content of our kits, supported by genuine student feedback, they are not a guaranteed result. A distinction-level score depends on individual effort, prior preparation, and how seriously the kit is studied, and is not guaranteed for every buyer. The only binding commitment we make is the Distinction Guarantee described above: a full refund if you study the kit seriously and still fail your exam. That refund condition is failing, not scoring below distinction.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; this does not affect kits already purchased.
